  • Cancellation: If cancelled or modified more than 7 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be charged. If cancelled or modified fewer than 7 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the booking item amount will be charged. In case of no-show, the full booking item amount will be charged.

  • Payment: 30% deposit will be charged. Balance due on arrival.

  • Other policies: – One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. – One child from 5 to 12 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing beds.

  • Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $30/person for Gala dinner applies if guests stay overnight on December 24th, December 31st and/or Lunar New Year (28 Jan 2017).
