What is your deposit policy?

We require a 30% deposit for every booking at the booking time. For some urgent cases or special types of promotion, 50% of total cost or full payment will be required for deposit at the booking time.

The booking process is represented through 5 steps below:

Step 1: Check rates and availability

Browse cruises online at Darian Culbert website.
Option 1: Search based on cruise duration and your budget per person. Click the “Find Cruises” button to be taken to your search results.
Option 2: Find our page, select cruise with your interested program on our list
– Enter your departure date
– Choose cabin type
– Fill in the numbers of people in your party: adults, children and infants, you will see the accommodation prices.

Step 2: Book Extra Services

This step meets your needs in booking optional services like transfer or other services related to your current booking.
Once you selected an accommodation, click ‘Book It’ button to continue.

Step 3: Submit Booking

Here you can review your booking items, complete and submit your booking form.
Enter passenger information — including name and email address. Click “Submit” to finalize your booking.
Our travel consultant will get in contact with you within 01 working day to inform about the service availability & payment.

Step 4: Confirm Availability & Deposit

1. Check availability:

After receiving your booking request, our consultant will check the availability of the services. If the services are available, our consultant will send you a payment link for the deposit by email, otherwise we will give you some alternative suggestions.
Notice: our email may go to your spam mailbox, please check your spam mailbox if you do not receive our response in one working day.

2. Deposit:

After receiving the payment link in the email sent from our consultant, please make the deposit as soon as possible to secure your booking. When we receive your deposit payment, our consultant will reserve the services for your booking as following:
If all of the services are reserved successfully, we will send you a Confirmation Email including the deposit invoice and other useful information.
If the services are fully booked and are not available, we will inform you and suggest other options.
Notice: Your booking will NOT be confirmed until we send you the Confirmation email. The remaining balance can be paid later – before departure date or upon your check-in date. For some urgent bookings or special types of promotion, 100% of the total cost will be required.

3. Booking confirmation

Once we receive your payment, (Deposit or full payment) an invoice will be send to you and email as a final confirmation of your reservation.

4. Provide guest information and hotel address for pick up and drop off (if request)

After the final confirmation of your reservation, we request you to fill in a form to give us your and your friends’ detail, including your full name, year of birth, gender, nationality, passport number, and visa. We also request for the pickup and drop off address (our shuttle bus pick up at Hanoi Old Quarter area) and special request on food.

We request you to provide this information to us at least one day before departure.

Step 5: Final Payment

The full payment made be made before your departure date or will be settled upon your arrival in Vietnam at harbor in cash (USD or VND) or by credit card (3% local bank charge).

The exact deadline will be confirmed by our travel consultant depending on each service you booked.

For the customers who are going to stay in Hanoi, we are able to setup a direct meeting to collect the final payment.

Notice: Payment by cash on arrival is only applied for trips starting from Hanoi and the arrival date is before the payment deadline (confirmed by our travel consultant). All currencies are exchanged by local rate.

There are 2 bases for classifying a Vietnam visa:

Firstly, based on travel purposes, Vietnam visas are divided into three categories:

- Tourist visa: This visa is valid for 1 month

- Commercial visa: this visa is valid for 3 months

- Visas for other purposes: this visa is valid for 3 months

Secondly, based on the length of stay and the number of times of entry, Vietnam visas are divided into 4 categories:

- Visa 1 month once entry

- 1 month multiple entry visa

- Visas every 3 months

- 3 month multiple entry visa

You can go directly to the Vietnamese Embassy / Consulate in your country to apply for a Vietnam visa or apply for a Vietnam E-visa.

Step 1: Fill out the secure online application form

You are required to enter the exact personal information of the applicant(s)

  •  Full name – The same as in passport
  •  Date of birth
  •  Nationality
  •  Passport number
  •  Date of arrival
  •  Type of Visa

Step 2: Confirm and pay for service fee

Please double check to ensure the information is correct, select to use extra services (Airport Fast Track/Car Pick-Up) if any.

You can make payment with your Credit/ Debit Card via VTC Pay.

Step 3: Get approval letter and prepare for getting visa stamped on arrival

After 1 working day (urgent service) or 2 working days (normal one), YOU WILL:

  •  Get visa approval letter via email (attached with entry-and-exit form)
  •  Print out the letter and the entry-and-exit form
  •  Fill out the entry-and-exit form
  •  Prepare 2 passport sized photos 4x6cm and an amount of USD for stamping fee ($25 for single entry; $50 for multiple entry visa)
  •  Put all above mentioned things along with your passport in a package, then show them to Immigration officer at Vietnam arrival airports

 Step 4: Get your visa stamped upon arrival

Upon arrival to Vietnam International Airports (Hanoi, Da Nang or Hochiminh), you present all things in the prepared package (passport, visa approval letter, 2 passport sized photos 4x6cm, the entry-and-exit form and stamping fee) to the Immigration officer to get your visa stamped.
